side.talks – the TT podcast enters the next round!
Following the first season with members of Tanztendenz, the podcast series is now opening up more to choreographers from the independent scene. Three new interviews bring (inter)national artists together in conversation – across generations and disciplines.
The series is moderated by Peter Sampel, freelance dance and theater dramaturg, journalist, and presenter in Munich. Discussions arise about artistic styles, working methods, and perspectives on dance today.
The first episode is dedicated to this year's Open Studios. Guests include three of the participating choreographers: Vanessa Mattei Scarpaccini, Edoardo Cino and Mohannad Azzam, as well as the organiser and mentor of the format, Stephan Herwig.
They talk about their working methods, the creative exchange between the participants and the importance of the Open Studios for their artistic development.
